    • Items purchased from outside retailers cannot be returned or exchanged on our website.
  • We do not process refunds for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

HOW TO SHIP YOUR ITEM(S)

  1. DO NOT RETURN IN A BOX or large, bulky packaging.
  2. Securely pack items with labels and tags, inside the original packaging.
  3. Attach the Return Label to the package.
  4. Drop off the package within 10 days to your nearest carrier locations.
  5. We'll issue your refund or exchange as soon as your items have been received and reviewed.
